Each case will come with 5 double-sided white PP binding sleeve .The 48 Cases and 240 pcs of the binding sleeves are packed seperately to be assembled.  Please also note that this case can actually hold up to 12 discs. Request more sleeves if you plan to hold more than 10 discs in this album case.  Cases in black are also available to meet your preference.
