Here is a Vintage Alpha Kappa Kappa AKK Fraternity Pin W/ Pearls & Emeralds (Syracuse Medical College) for sale...Which was part of the Iota Chapter...This very rare fraternity pin, is marked SMC and a date of Jan 22, 1903... I have not had this pin tested, nor was I able to see any marks indicating it is GOLD... However, there is a good indication that it may be gold, as it does have the look... From what I can tell there are no missing stones... There is also an “I” on this pin...
